The approach of displacement in wing chun training is a key point , it is not enough to get muscle strength in the legs to kick or to keep in perfect balance , agility is essential . It is necessary to speed, strength and sensitivity added to the structure , so that the individual knows precisely using the factors needed by a particular time of application . Decorating a movement helps the development , but changes are needed in the training in order to gain spontaneity in the body . There is no single solution to an attack , and in a real fight there is default in the sequences of attack nor defense for certain combinations . Wing Chun within the system we want andadas variation of the basic movement of the legs , and they are classified by the distance range that possess. There is the step which uses the posture of the body in the same amount , the offset 1/4 pitch, the offset of 1 /2 pitch, and the step integer of 1 ½ . The displacement Ewing Pines Chun Kuen - Moving an attack with natural legs , at first contact with the opponent . The lack of speed , especially in a larger space , just leaving the attacker vulnerable and predictable movements . The difficulty is to increase the speed maintaining posture ( which requires more weight on the back leg ) . Regularly , the balance is transferred to the middle of the body , compromising the use of the front leg , or the weight on the back leg is too disabling the front leg knee input and exposing it to the opponent. Master Thomas Lo developed from andadas basic wing chun , eleven basic combinations to Siu Lim Tau , Chum Kiu pertinent to twelve , and six others were incorporated into the training Bue Gee , in collaboration with the sifu Francisco Dias. Each of these sequences , as well as train speed, power , structure , coordination and breathing develops the actual application of the technique . Not against only one form of attack , but attacks that come from different directions and larger number of opponents without establishing a rule of determined defense to attack determined. Ie : A move is used against different movements . Each of the sequences , once learned , allows the development of variants and combinations , switching characteristics , intentions and steps between each of the sequences . Thus the student progresses not decorating , but absorbing and trying to realize his movements spontaneously . This progression takes time , as with the evolution in motion , increases the number of forces obtained in the same movement : Displacement , focus, breath , gaskets , etc. ... To accomplish all naturally , it takes patience , dedication and a lot of correction. The Wing Chun has at its core the fight melee , glued , but not hooked with this legs should move as one with the arms and torso . Even glued to the opponent defense and attack should be like the snake that sneaks their prey, or as the heron who knows if engrossed accurately to attack his victim .
