Student of Sifu Rick Cantrell for 15 years.
My name is Lo Mig. I'm ethnic Chinese but born and raised in Baguio City Philippines. I studied Tai Chi from childhood until 2002 when I met Sifu Rick Cantrell. I began training with him at that time and he's still my teacher.
Sifu Lo Mig passed away 31 May, 2019.
