Sifu Garry Baniecki introduced Linda to her 1st class of Traditional Wing Chun Kung Fu in 1991, where she trained under the guidance of Grandmaster William Cheung, for 12 months. Within her first 3 months of training, Linda was invited to join the demonstration team and Friday night private classes with William Cheung. At this time, only a few select students were bestowed with this privilege. Linda gladly accepted.
In 1992, Master David Cheung opened a wing chun kung fu school in Elizabeth St Melbourne, Australia. Linda tried several classes with David and found his training methods to be absolutely dynamic. Being a new school with not many students meant that Linda could receive personal tuition and attention with her training from a Chinese Wing Chun Kung Fu Master, 6 days a week.
The decision was made, and Linda spent the next 5 years studying full time with David Cheung. She also became a major performer in his demonstration team, as well as the chief organizer of the Traditional Chinese Lion Dance Team.
In 1995, sifu linda received her 10th Level Instructors Certificate, in Traditional Wing Chun Kung Fu and became an assistant instructor at the David Cheung Academy in Melbourne.
In 1995 Sifu Linda and Sifu Garry, commenced the instruction of unarmed combat, empty hands self defense skills, disarming techniques (against rifles and bayonets), and the deadly art of Traditional Wing Chun Kung Fu to the Australian Army's School of Signals and the 123 Single Squadron Commandos, at the Watsonia Army Barracks. Melb. Vic.
In 1992, while still in the midst of her Wing Chun Kung fu training, Sifu Linda met Dr. Jack Lim, a Qi Gong Master, and started her destiny with medical qi-gong. In 1993, Sifu Linda was introduced to Dr Shan Hui Xu and continued her shaolin qi-gong internal studies with him for another 8years, finishing in 2001.
By 2001, Sifu Linda had qualified in Medical Qi-gong therapy, Shaolin Iron Shirt Qi-gong, Chinese Tuina Massage, meditation and Tai Chi Qi-gong.
In 1996, Sifu Linda started teaching Wing Chun Kung fu to Children, at Greensborough
Melbourne; on a part time basis.
In 1997 Sifu Linda and Sifu Garry started the Shaolin Jee Shin Wing Chun Kung Fu Association, in Melbourne Australia, and now offer services in Wing Chun Kung fu, Elementary Qi-gong courses, Iron Shirt and Iron palm training, Dim Mak, Weapons and Tai Chi Qi-gong.
Sifu Garry Baniecki and Sifu Linda Davis now have schools in Abbotsford and Greensborough.
Sifu Linda has also performed in many competitions with a variety of successes.

1996 - 1999. N.A.S. Qualifiers- Forms, weapons and fighting - 1st, 2nd and 3rd placing.

Sifu Linda is a graduate in Martial Arts Sports Coaching under the new government regulation of the martial arts industry. Linda is also a registered full contact trainer. Linda also is an Accredited Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer.
Sifu Linda will be spending the next 5 years studying and training Pien Sun KuLo Wing Chun Kung Fu with Master Fung Kuen from KuLo China.
