Sifu Jackson, an Infantry Soldier in the US Army, is also the son of a retired US Air Force Master Sergeant, and was exposed to Asian fighting arts at a very young age while living on the island of Okinawa. His father, an Okinawan Karate stylist, began training Sifu Jackson when he was a toddler.
Sifu Jackson's official training began in 1982, when he began studying Chinese/Okinawan Pangai-noon under Master Bill Kieth, then later, Grandmaster James Thompson.
