Au Shi or Ngau Si (Ou Shi), was said to have been either the owner or manager of a butcher shop on Kuaizi (Chopstick) street, in Foshan, who learned from Fung Siu Ching while Fung was teaching out of the Yuen Family Estate on Songyuan street.
Among Au Shi’s students was Nationalist Army doctor Wai Yuk Sang.
