My photo being thrust kicked by Sifu Jim , at the Adelaide Town Hall , will remind me forever of his incredible power and control . I commenced training in 1980 at the CK Wing Chun School in Adelaide . I remained an instructor at the school through its renaming to the International Wing Chun Academy . I left the school around 1999 to focus on work and family commitments and continued to train and teach privately until relocation to Queensland in 2012 . I have continued to train daily .
