To continue to spread the art throughout the world and to preserve it for future generations, as our Si-Fu Augustine Fong has done. We offer ongoing structured classes. Our goal is to teach self defense skills while improving overall body control and fitness. Classes are challenging and fun both physically and mentally in a safe environment where students learn at their own pace.
