Level 1 teaches an introduction to the system and contains steps 1-12 of 108. It provides the foundational techniques and stances as well as sets a strong foundation required for future skills.

Level 2 continues to build on foundational techniques and contains steps 13-24 of 108. It teaches the foundations of stepping in on unprotected lines, dissolving incoming force, kicking and learning the centerline.

Level 3 continues to build on foundational techniques and contains steps 25-36 of 108. It teaches the skills of double hand chi sau (sticking hands), how to control center, basic attacks & defenses and the first group of unstoppable techniques.

Level 4 starts to develop the skills to move the center, train the stance to be stable and mobile, and to enter into the opponent's boundaries from different ranges. Level 4 is also where you will start to learn the sticking legs drill.

Level 5 continues to develop the leg skills to sweep and prevent sweeps as well as the skills to move the centerline. Also developed are the introductory fight training skills and aggressive attacking using short steps.

Level 6 starts to teach the emergency recovery skills as well as develop your sweeping and sweep mitigation skills.

Level 7 teaches new energetics and continues the emergency recovery techniques as well as fight training. Additionally, level 7 starts your training on the wooden man.

Level 8 is the crucible where fighters are formed. Integration of all strong key skills from all the programs are performed. Any attack, from any distance, to any target - with no protective gear. In this level we also start to refine our power and positioning using the wooden man and long pole.

Level 9, the final level, teaches long pole and sword play as well as integrates all the previous skills into one comprehensive fighting method.
